POLICIES

Payments:

All payments made to I Am Keonna B. must be paid in full unless using Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card. All payments are non-refundable. If I Am Keonna B. cancels your order, you may be subject to a partial refund depending on circumstances*.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of my services, all sales are final and non-refundable once a payment has been submitted. If you choose to cancel your project for any reason, a refund will not be issued. I Am Keonna B. has the right to terminate service and retain payment if client becomes hostile/rude and lacks communication during the duration of the project. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

Termination of Services:

The client must submit required information within 7 days of booking the service. If the information is not submitted within this timeframe, the client must pay an inconvenience fee of $50. If the client becomes unresponsive for 10+ days during a project, a restart fee of $100 must be paid to continue the project. If the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project will automatically be cancelled with no refunds.

I Am Keonna B. retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless discussed otherwise with a contract in place.
